Trademark & Brand
The opentab name, the two-arch logo and the look of opentab.cc are trademarks and brand assets of Adam Proksch Creative. This page explains when you may use them.
You may
- use the name "opentab" to refer to our browser accurately, for example in reviews, tutorials, news articles or "works with opentab" statements;
- link to opentab.cc; and
- show unmodified screenshots of the App when writing about it.
You may not
- use the name or logo in a way that suggests we sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with you;
- use "opentab" or a confusingly similar name for another browser, app, extension, domain or account;
- alter the logo or combine it with your own marks;
- use the brand on merchandise; or
- distribute modified or unofficial builds under the opentab name.
Permission
For any other use, email contact@opentab.cc. We may withdraw permission for a use that we decide harms the brand.
