Software License
In short: use opentab free for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't sell it, rebrand it or copy its code. The license can be revoked, and the software comes with no warranty. This is the same license that ships with the App (LICENSE.txt).
1. Free to use, if you respect it
You can download, install and use this software for free, for personal or non-commercial purposes, as long as you follow this license.
2. You may NOT
- Sell, rent or charge money for this software or any copy of it.
- Re-upload, rebrand or claim this software, or its code, as your own.
- Remove or change this license or the credit to the author.
- Use it to harass people, break laws, spread malware or harm others.
- Copy the code into another project without written permission from the author.
3. The author can take it away
This license is a privilege, not a right. The author can revoke (cancel) your license if you break the rules above or the Terms of Service, if your copy is used for abuse, fraud or a security threat, if the law requires it, or if opentab is discontinued. If your license is revoked, you must stop using the software and delete every copy you have. The author may also change or end this license for future versions at any time. Revocation may be carried out by disabling your copy, as described in the Terms of Service.
4. No warranty
This software is given "as is." There is no promise that it works, is safe or fits any purpose. The author is not responsible for any damage, data loss or problems from using it. See also Terms §14–15.
5. Third-party software
This software is built on Electron and Chromium and uses outside services, such as LRCLIB for lyrics. Those parts have their own licenses and terms, which still apply to them. See Open Source Notices and Third-Party Services.
6. Agreement
By installing or using this software, you agree to this license and the Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use it.
